The purpose of this website is to elevate your disc golf game regardless of your current level and give you an edge over your competition. While fitness will never replace the importance of proper throwing technique, it is another tool to improve distance, endurance later in rounds, and reduce the risk of injuring muscles and joints from the repetitive movements in disc golf.
All of the exercises provided are with disc golfers in mind. With a few purchases of equipment, you can do these exercises without a gym membership. Great for those who travel on the rode playing disc golf. Or for those who would rather be outside than inside a gym. Within the site, you will find links to the equipment recommended by us.
