Mobility Tools

Foam rollers are not the only effective tool to work on quality of muscle tissue. These mobility tools are great for a sore day after lots of golf, before rounds, and between tournament rounds.  I especially love them during tournament breaks to rejuvenate my body and get ready for the next round. My legs and feet often get pretty tired and fatigued during slow tournament rounds. These help keep me feeling great.

Massage Sticks
PharMeDoc Muscle Roller Massage Stick
The Original Tiger Tail
Massage sticks are great for sore or aching muscles. The video shows it being used on the quads, hamstrings and calves. It can also be used on the glutes and anterior tibialis.
My personal favorite is the tiger tail. Most massage sticks are going to do well but I prefer one with little bend in the stick. This allows me to push harder into the muscle and get a deeper massage.

Back Buddy
Body Back Buddy Original Trigger Point Self Massage Tool
The back buddy is a highly versatile tool for trigger points and muscle knots. In the video I show a brief demonstration for working on only two muscle knots. But you can use this tool all over the body.
One of my favorite things about the back buddy is the control I have when I'm using it and how easy it is. I can press as hard or soft as I want. I know the exact spot I need to hit and how to hit it.
