Recovery

Recovery

Fitness training is only half the piece of the pie. Recovery is the other piece of the pie and is just as, if not more, important than building up power and strength through a fitness program.  Exercises break down the muscles while recovery is when the muscles repair themselves to be stronger than before. So this part process is very important. Not only to recover from workouts but disc golf rounds as well. These can be incorporated in-between rounds, post-rounds and post-workouts.

Foam Rolling

Foam rolling is an excellent for working on muscle tissue quality and loosening up muscles and knots. Click the picture or the button below to learn more about foam rolling.

Stretching

Stretching is an effective way to improve disc golf performance. When muscles are loose, they are able to generate more power and are less likely to be injured. Muscle tightness reduces power generation and increases the risk of injuries. Click the picture or the button below to learn more about stretching.
